Check in time is from 14:00 pm, and check out time is at or before 11: 30 am
Late check out before 18:00 pm will be charged at 50% of contracted room rate
Late check out after 18:00 pm will be charged at 100% of contracted room rate
Early check out, will pay in full for booked period.
Upon check in, please present the identity card such as: ID card, passport, or other valid documents. All personal identification will be kept at the front desk until check out.

Children policy

Accommodation is free of charge for maximum two children under 12 years old, sharing the parents’ room and using existing bedding. Surcharge on breakfast will apply as above meal rates.
Children above 12 years old, extra bed is required. The Resort permits maximum one extra bed per room.
Baby cot is free of charge upon request and confirmed subject to availability
The Resort policy permits maximum 01 (one) extra bed per room. Extra Bed includes the benefits of the paid Room Rate

Cancellation and No Show policy

Between 14-7 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room revenue will be charged. Between 6 days & date of arrival, full charge will be applied
Peak Periods: Between 30 -15 days prior to arrival: 50% of total room revenue will be charged. Between 14 days & date of arrival, full charge will be applied
No-show & non-arrival to Resort : 100% of full length stay
